Pumpkin Pie


A medium sized pumpkin (1 kilo)


For the tart

  • 2 cups of wheat
  • A cup of butter
  • ¼ a spoon of salt


For the filling

  • 1 pack of condensed sweetened milk
  • ½ a cup of Almarai whipped cream
  • 2 spoons of honey
  • 2 spoons of oil
  • 2 spoons of starch
  • 1 spoon of ginger
  • ¼ a spoon of salt
  • 3 eggs


The Recipe

Begin heating the oven from the beginning of the process

Cut the pumpkin and get rid of the seeds

Put olive oil on the peels of the pumpkin, cover them with foil, and put it in the oven for an hour

Take out the peels of the pumpkin after getting it out of the oven

Put the pumpkin in the blender until its mashed

Put the mashed pumpkin in a cooking pot, add all the ingredients of the filling, and blend them all together

Mix the ingredients of the tart all together using electric blender

In an oven tray with wheat at the bottom, place the dough equally and put it in the freezer

Heat the oven and then put the dough inside it for 15 to 20 minutes

After you get it out, add the fillings, and put it in the oven for an hour
