• 2 medium sized eggplants cut into pieces
  • ¼ a kilo of minced meat
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 spoons of sauce
  • 4 lobes of minced garlic
  • 1 spoon of wheat
  • two cubes of chicken broth
  • ½ a kilo of Almarai milk
  • ½ a kilo of Almarai cooking cream


The Recipe

In a cooking pot, put the butter and 2 lobes of garlic, add the minced meat, and blend them for 5 minutes

Add the tomato sauce and ¼ a cup of water and leave them on heat

In another pot, put the butter and garlic, and then add the wheat, milk, and cream

Add the broth and spices and keep blending until it become thicker in the frying pan

Fry the eggplants

In an oven tray, add the eggplants and then the sauce and minced meat

Repeat the adding of layers

If you want it to be spicy, you can fry some peppers with the eggplants.
