• Half a kilo of Konafa cut into pieces
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • ½ a liter of Almarai whipped cream

  • ¾ powder sugar
  • ¾ Balady margarine
  • ¾ butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 spoons of starch
  • 1 spoon of vanilla


The Recipe

Put the Konafa in a cooking pot with the margarine and powder sugar and blend them carefully

In the oven tray, spread some butter, put half the amount of Konafa, and press on it

Put ½ a cup of whipped cream, starch, an egg, and vanilla. Blend the mix together and leave it until it cools

In a deep cooking pot, put the water, sugar, and lemon. Close the pot, put them on heat to boil, and leave it to cool

In the tray, add the cold cream and another layer of Konafa

Put the tray in the oven until it done and the color becomes red

Add the syrup at the end to the Konafa
