Indian Chicken


  • ½ a kilo of boneless chicken
  • 4 lobes of garlic
  • Grama Masala Indian spices
  • ¼ a spoon of saffron
  • 1 spoon of salt
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 spoons of tomato sauce
  • 2 cups of Almarai cooking cream
  • 4 spoons of butter
  • Cashew
  • 1 red pepper cut in pieces


The Recipe

Grill the chicken

In a cooking pot, put the butter, garlic, the pepper, and the Masala and blend them together

Add the tomatoes afterwards after mixing them in the blender

Add the sauce the blend the mix

Add the cream and cashew and mix them together

Filter the cashew out

In the plate, put the chicken with the sauce above it
