Fillet Mushroom


  • 4 lobes of garlic
  • Pieces of meat after cleaning them with vinegar and salt
  • Mushrooms after washing them with water and cutting them into pieces
  • ½ a cup of Almarai cooking cream
  • A cup of meat soup
  • 4 spoons of butter
  • Salt, pepper, and thyme


The Recipe

Cook the meat in a pan and get it out when it is done

Put the butter and the mushrooms in a cooking pot on heat for 10 minutes

Add the soup and leave them to boil

Lower the heat and leave the mix for 12 minutes

Add Almarai cooking cream, mix the sauce until it is thicker, then add the salt, pepper, and thyme.

Turn off the heat and let the sauce cool down

Add the sauce on the meat
