Eggplant Fatteh


  • 1 large fried eggplant cut into pieces
  • ¼ kilo minced meat
  • ½ kilo of Almarai yogurt
  • 2 spoons of Tahina
  • 1 spoon of vinegar
  • Salt
  • Mayonnaise
  • 4 loafs of Lebanese bread
  • 2 lobes of minced garlic
  • Pines


The Recipe

Put the minced meat with salt, pepper, cut onions, and 2 spoons of sauce

Cut the bread into small pieces and fry them until they get the golden color

Fry the pines with a spoon of oil

In a deep plate, put the yogurt, Tahina, mayonnaise, salt, and garlic and blend them well together

In the dinning dish, put the toasted bread above the eggplants and minced meat, and cover them with yogurt and pines
