In a small cooking pot, put the vanilla and whipped cream and put them on heat
Add the melted starch to the mix before boiling
Using the electric blender, blend the sugar with the eggs until you reach a creamy mix
Put the two mixes together and place them in a thermal pot to blend together.
Place them in an oven tray and fill it with boiled water
Keep it in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes
Get it out of the oven and keep it in the fridge until it is more solid
When presenting it, add a spoon of caramelized sugar at the top
