Chicken Fatteh


  • 5 loafs of Shamy bread
  • ½ a kilo of boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 spoons of mayonnaise
  • 4 spoons of Tahina
  • ½ a kilo of Almarai yogurt
  • 4 lobes of minced garlic
  • 4 small spoons of vinegar
  • Salt


The Recipe

Spice the chicken with salt and pepper

Grill the chicken with 2 spoons of oil in a pan

Cut the bread in small squares, fry them until their color is golden

In a cooking pot, put the mayonnaise, Tahina, garlic, vinegar, and salt. Mix them all together

In the plate, place the bread, then the chicken, and then the yogurt sauce

You may add pines on top
